Water enters the shell, passes from outside to inside through the cartridges and leaves through the outlet header. The moulded FRP body resists corrosion from chlorinated, saline and chemical-dosed water, so it lasts longer than steel in Omani conditions and runs at higher pressure than uPVC housings. A quick lock plate closure makes cartridge change fast.
