1. Overview
At Water Filter Oman, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.
2. Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- The item is in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation included
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@waterfilteroman.com or call us directly. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with the return address.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide your order number and clear photographs of the damage or defect. We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
4. Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange collection of the incorrect item and delivery of the correct product at no extra charge to you.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used filter cartridges, membranes, or other consumable parts
- Products that have been installed or altered
- Products damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or negligence
- Items purchased on clearance or marked as final sale
- Custom-ordered or specially sourced products
6. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days using your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to reflect the refund.
7. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrect items only. If you wish to exchange a product for a different model or variant, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you, subject to stock availability.
8. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit during return.
9. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must go through the returns process. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
