Ultrafiltration system Oman: the GWS UltraWave Max UF20J Ultrafiltration System is built for whole-house and light commercial filtration. It combines a 5 micron grooved sediment filter in a 20″ jumbo housing with a 0.1 micron UF membrane, on a stainless steel stand with timer-controlled auto flush, and delivers up to 58 litres per minute.

How the UltraWave Max UF20J Ultrafiltration System Works
Stage 1 is a 5 micron grooved PP filter in a clear 20″ jumbo housing, so you can see when it is dirty. Stage 2 is a 0.1 micron ultrafiltration membrane that removes fine particles, bacteria and turbidity while keeping healthy minerals, unlike RO. A timer opens the 12 V solenoid drain to flush the UF membrane automatically, and a pressure gauge shows when the pre-filter needs changing (0.7 bar drop). A built-in shock arrestor protects against water hammer.
