Bottle filling station Oman: the Nowtech NT-BF Bottle Filling Station is built for buildings that want to cut plastic bottle use. It is a slim stainless steel bottle filler, built into the wall or hung on the wall, with an IR sensor, UV-LED sterilization and an optional Nowtech under-counter chiller for cold water.
Nowtech (Zhejiang Nowtech Electrical Appliances, China) has made drinking water equipment for about 30 years and exports to over 50 countries, including Saudi Arabia, the UK, Germany and Australia. How the Nowtech NT-BF Bottle Filling Station Works
The filler connects to the mains or a filtered line. When a bottle is placed under the spout, the IR sensor opens the valve and fills at 1.1 gallons per minute, then stops automatically. The NT-BFBF version includes a PP+CTO composite filter in the body; other versions pair with a separate filter and a Nowtech chiller for cold water. Key plastic parts are antibacterial, and a large drip tray drains away spills.

Choosing the Right Model
Count the number of people using the unit at peak times. A 30 L/h cooler suits up to about 30 to 50 people; multi-tap coolers with 200 L/h suit 50 to 100 people or more. In Oman, summer temperatures reach above 45°C and mains or tanker water can be warm and high in chlorine or TDS, so add an RO or carbon filter where taste matters. Installation and Maintenance
- Needs a cold water line, a drain point and a 220–240 V power socket
- Leave at least 10 cm ventilation space around the compressor
- Replace PP+CTO filters every 3 to 6 months, sooner on tanker or well water
- Sanitise the tank and outlets every 6 months; we offer annual maintenance contracts
