Absolute FU softeners are tank-and-brine systems with DOWEX HCR-S/S resin and a Clack valve, rated from 2.0 to 5.0 m³/h service flow and 7.5 to 25 m³ capacity between regenerations at 250 mg/L hardness.
Ecosoft was founded in 1991 in Ukraine and joined the BWT Group in 2018. It manufactures water treatment equipment in an 8,000 m² ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified factory, holds the WQA Gold Seal for its RO systems (NSF/ANSI 58), and exports to 60 countries. How the Absolute FU Water Softener Works
Hard water passes down through the resin tank, where DOWEX HCR-S/S strong acid cation resin swaps calcium and magnesium for sodium. When the set volume is reached, the control valve regenerates the resin with brine from the separate salt tank, then rinses and returns to service. Regeneration takes 80–110 minutes and can be set for night hours.
