Ecosoft RO filter Oman: the Ecosoft Absolute 5-Stage Reverse Osmosis Filter is built for homes and small offices. The Absolute is a 5-stage under-sink RO filter with a DOW Filmtec 50 GPD membrane, producing about 190 litres a day, with a 12 litre tank and an optional mineralization stage (MO650MECO).
Ecosoft was founded in 1991 in Ukraine and joined the BWT Group in 2018. It manufactures water treatment equipment in an 8,000 m² ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified factory, holds the WQA Gold Seal for its RO systems (NSF/ANSI 58), and exports to 60 countries. How the Absolute 5-Stage Reverse Osmosis Filter Works
Stage 1 is a 5 micron PP sediment filter. Stage 2 is granular coconut shell carbon for chlorine. Stage 3 is a 10 micron CTO carbon block for fine organics. Stage 4 is the DOW Filmtec RO membrane, which removes dissolved salts, heavy metals and microorganisms. Stage 5 is a coconut shell carbon post-filter for taste. The mineralization version adds calcium and magnesium back for a balanced taste. Purified water is stored in a plastic pressure tank with up to 7 litres usable volume.
