Industrial RO plant Oman: the Ecosoft MO Industrial Reverse Osmosis System is built for factories, food and beverage plants, power and steam boilers, farms, desalination and municipal supply. The MO industrial range covers 1 to 56 m³/h with Grundfos CR pumps, 300 psi pressure vessels and DOW Filmtec XLE-440 membranes.
Ecosoft was founded in 1991 in Ukraine and joined the BWT Group in 2018. It manufactures water treatment equipment in an 8,000 m² ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified factory, holds the WQA Gold Seal for its RO systems (NSF/ANSI 58), and exports to 60 countries. How the MO Industrial Reverse Osmosis System Works
Raw water is pre-filtered in BB20 or stainless steel multi-cartridge housings, then a Grundfos CR high pressure pump drives it through Filmtec membranes in 300 psi vessels. An electrical cabinet with the Ecosoft controller runs the plant, with Danfoss or Praher motorized valves and Honeywell or Praher regulating valves. Options include high rejection membranes, antiscalant dosing, permeate flushing of membranes and a raw water blending line to adjust final TDS.
